agentfind ("we", "us", or "our") operates a curated marketplace of AI prompt videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while still running the Service you rely on.

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile details. We typically only store your name and email.
• Payment information. When you purchase a membership, the transaction is processed by Stripe, which collects and stores your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We do record that you completed a purchase so we can grant membership.
• Usage information. We track which videos you view (view counts), which videos you star, and which assets you download, so we can operate the Service and improve the catalog.
• Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) to keep the Service secure and operational.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate you and manage your account and membership;
• Process payments and grant access after purchase;
• Show aggregate view and engagement metrics;
• Respond to your requests and support questions; and
• Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security issues.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can typically clear or block cookies through your browser, but some functionality (such as staying signed in) may not work without them.

• Business transfers. If agentfind is merged, acquired, or sells assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Usage and analytics data may be kept in aggregate form for longer. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize the personal information we hold, subject to legal or legitimate business requirements to retain certain records (such as payment history).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
