1. Agreement to these terms

Welcome to agentfind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the agentfind website and service ("Service"), operated by agentfind ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You may sign in with a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. The Service and license to use it

agentfind is a curated marketplace of AI prompt videos for vertical-first creators. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or professional content creation. You may view, copy, and download the prompts and assets included with a video you have unlocked and use them (and the results produced with them) in your own projects.

5. Membership and one-time payment

Access to the full catalog is sold as a one-time "early access" membership for the price shown at checkout. There are no recurring charges: the membership is a single payment that grants access to every prompt and asset currently available, plus relevant content we ship in the future. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store or handle your full card details ourselves.

6. No refunds

Because the Service consists of instantly-delivered digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once your membership has been activated. If you believe you were charged in error or have another valid reason for a refund, contact us at iyiolaolayinka247@gmail.com and we will review your request.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the catalog, prompts, videos, or assets for any purpose other than the personal use permitted in these Terms;
• Resell, relicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its contents;
• Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's curation, catalog structure, prompts, generated thumbnails, scene frames, text, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights in or to the Service are granted to you.

Videos featured on the Service may be originally created by independent creators and are included for curation and inspiration. Where available, we credit each video to its original owner by their handle and link to the original source (each video page shows the creator's name and a link to the source). Ownership of the underlying videos remains with their respective creators, and we do not claim authorship of content we do not make.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (content storage), and our hosting and database providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their operation.

10. AI-generated content disclaimer

The videos, prompts, and assets on the Service include AI-generated material. Results produced with the content are not guaranteed, and output quality may vary. All content is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding accuracy, suitability, or outcomes.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, agentfind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless agentfind and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Your obligations under these Terms of Service survive any termination.
